Sizing way off. Incorrect labeled

I always wear size 8 in NYDJ. I love these jeans and have been wearing them for years. I like the color, Quinn. Slightly faded. When I received these jeans I immediately saw how small they were. The waist was 2 inches smaller than my other pairs of size 8 and one recently purchased in black. The leg width was so small I could not even get them on. I am tall and have slender legs. Had to be incorrect size labeling.
