The quality is very disappointing. I had a few other Oake towels which are of good quality. But this one, it shredded from day 1 before washing and lots of lints even after a few days when used after bathing. I doubt it is fault product. Not sure if it can be refunded.

Peach towels

I purchased two bath towels and two hand towels. Sadly, I had to return these. I love the peach color and thickness but the towels I got were different shades of peach with some lighter and some more orange than peach. One of the bath towels was several inches larger than the other and a few seams were loosely sewn. I returned them at my nearby Macy's and checked these towels in stock. Same issue. That said, the return went well at the store.
