Very Disappointed!!!

I purchased this sectional May 26, 2019. I didn't have it delivered until June 2019 as my house was under construction. I thought I carefully planned out the construction by putting a floor outlet in my living room to satisfy the electrical of the modern sectional. First week I had to place a service call for a wire getting cut in the track as the recliner extended out. I probably had to call for service an additional 2 times after that for the same issue on other sections. Well tonight I drew my last straw as one of the seats was not working. The pieces are heavy to move and not easy to separate. I found that the plug was broken on one of them. I have come to realize that it is an absolute fire hazard under the couch. I don't understand why they built these the way they did. They should be built where the power is daisy chained off each piece and the last piece gets plugged in. Im absolutely disappointed with this purchase. Im mad at myself for spending the money on it. DONT BUY!!
