BATE and SWITCH!

Set-up is a PAIN IN THE POSTERIOR! Also, I purchased this printer because it very clearly stated that it takes ink from any manufacturer. Now the printer is trying to strong-arm me into accepting software updates that will make this printer only compatible with HP-branded ink cartridges. BATE and SWITCH!!!

Tracks usage very tightly

It's a little odd to be tracked so tightly, for the company to know how many pages I've printed and whether or not I've changed cartridges, sending notifications that I have new cartridges I haven't installed yet, for example. The printer quality is OK, but it feels creepy.

HP quality isn't what it used to be.

If you need a basic all in one with digital (not analog) fax, this unit will do. I don't find the quality control of HP what it used to be years ago. I'll think twice before buying HP again.

love the way it prints just have to wait till I have more experience also copying is great.

Still don't understand how "instant ink" works so will have to wait as I have only had the printer 2 weeks. Had to get my daughter around to set it up as all instructions for me were too confusing
