Chocolate not great

I bought this for my husband for Valentines Day. He was looking forward to receiving it, but was very disappointed when it arrived. He said that the chocolate didn't taste right. When I tasted it, I agreed with him. The chocolate was warm and gritty. It was not anything like anything else we liked. Most disappointed.
