The sole of the left boot came apart at the heel. Clearly defective. Tried to get exchange, but sales reps were not helpful. Ordered online Oct of 2021 and only wore about 3 times. Terrible quality.

Winter Boot

Olivia Miller brand - Thumbs down for me. Inner shoe sole completely lifted and bunched up, just after a few times wearing them.

Glue

The glue in the shoe does not work. The sole bunches up and your sock sticks to the glue. The boots ruined my socks.

Cheap

After first time wearing them, the inside sole move while walking and i can't wear them again, it is glued and unable to stretched it back to where is supposed to be. I returned the second pair I bought from this brand .
