Where is Macys customer service! Non existent.

I NEVER received this item! I was sent an email saying it shipped, the day after I ordered it. It did not list the original shipper, but said it would be turned over to USPS for delivery. After that, I received no further updates. I contacted Macys to NO avail. They refused to contact the shipping warehouse or the shipping company. I was never sent any communication of explanation as to what happened, although I was told ‘not to be concerned, as I would receive the product.’ Extremely poor customer service by Macys. I am EXTREMELY disappointed!

Beautiful silver bag

Been looking white so time for a silver bag with inside zipper pockets. This is beautiful and exactly right size

Soft sides so don't overstuff... still love though

It does have very soft side so if you overstuff it it will bulge out a bit..... Fits what I need. I wasn't sure if I loved it or thought it was cheesy due to the material texture. Some would probably love and some would probably laugh and say it looks like crumpled up tinfoil. I now love it a lot........ It grows on you lol
