the worst

I needed this earrings for a wedding I was so excited about getting this and they sent me a completely different pair of earrings I’m so disappointed, can’t believe it why wouldn’t you just cancel my order if you don’t have them, now I have to go through the trouble of returning them to get my money back unbelievable
