Never received all my order

i ordered 2 pairs of size 10 and 1 91/2 paid for all of them but only received 1 10 and 1 91/2. very sharp boot! Called Macy to let them know, she said they would send another 10 out I haven't seen it yet. She was a foreigner which i really hate to deal with. cause the English is so broken.
