The turn on button was impossible to turn on or off. After 30 minutes of trying to turn it off, I waited 15 minutes to turn it on. The light would not turn on. I thought maybe it was a battery issue so I charged it. After 45 minutes, I tried again to turn it on. No luck the device would not turn on. Now I see I missed my window of opportunity to return it. Very upset. The first time the device was used was on Easter Sunday (3/31/24) and the last return date was 4/3/24. Having a busy working schedule I didn;'t have the following weekend to return it. Horrible experience.
