Terrible seller

I have had such a terrible experience with the seller. Within 24h of placing my order (and before it even shipped), I contacted the seller to let him know the items were being shipper at the wrong location. I sent more than one email to them, and the seller never responded (I had other items on the same order that the seller adjusted quickly without an issue). The order was received across the country from where I live, with no way of being able to get it shipped to me. 2 months later, I am still in the process with Macy's of trying to get a refund. I am not impressed and would suggest not purchasing from this seller!
