Quality of the product appears to be fine, however, it's not what I ordered from the web site. I wanted what was in the picture and customer service, to date, still has not corrected the errant image. It took 4 clerks 2 1/2 hours to complete the return.

The picture of the pattern is not what comes. I think that the pattern has changed and the original to Oneida Satin Lewis pattern (which I have) is different than the new design. I wanted a second set since my family has grown and I could use more silverware.

All of the people that said this set rusted are not telling the truth. I've owned this set for 5 years and regularly run it through the dishwasher with heavy wash setting, steam and sani cycles. No rust, but I will say that it shows a lot of water spots and finger prints. In day to day use the matte finish ends up showing a lot of scratches while the set is stacked on top of itself. Your fingerprints are always visible. All in all, the weight and shape of the set were excellent, no complaints. I will purchase an Oneida set again, but not like this with the matte finish.

This set is very simple and rather elegant in my opinion. It is 18/10 stainless steel and is very high quality. I will enjoy using it as my everyday flatware.

great value for the money. Comes with a limited lifetime warranty, so save your receipt. Serving pieces are a nice plus.

Great Set. Nice and sturdy not cheap ones that bend

I bought this set because of the simple, sleek look and feel. It is not too heavy and there are no bumps to catch food and thus leave rust spots. I brought the set home and washed half of it in the dishwasher as recommended by the manufacturer. To our dismay, many of the pieces had dark spots that do not rub out. I am trying to return the set but Macy's will not accept it because part of it was washed. That is not the kind of customer service I want. I have contacted Oneida/Robinson; let's hope their service is better than Macy's.
