Do not recommend

I will not purchase Oneida again; extremely disappointed with quality and customer service from them. I purchased several sets of this and several pieces have rust spots after washing once. These have not been used for food at all yet. I did not leave in water or let food sit on them, per instructions. Oneida claims this is not a defect. I will ask if Macy's will accept a return, but the issue is with Oneida.
