Cute but slightly small

I am true medium, most items I buy are medium, this cover up is cute but runs slightly small, the band around the waist is a little more snug than I like it to be and it cause the slits to be more open then I would like. I order a large and it looks more like the model in the picture, I am keeping the large. it ypu want that Flowy look, I would suggest to size up.
