Looks great but not good quality

I love the look of this top and it’s comfortable but not durable AT ALL. It got a big snag within the first hour of wearing it and little balls of fabric come off even after washing.

unraveling

First of all this top is a great color, great style and soft material. In wearable condition should be a 5 star. It came with multiple snags and a loose thread all on the front of the garment. I only hope it was a machine that packaged it because the thought of any human eyes looking at it and thinking that it was perfectly wearable makes me sad. I ordered a second one incase it was a fluke but needless to say the second one also came pre- snagged. I got it on sale and fixed the threads myself only because I loved all the other aspects that I stated above. Clearly this garment is just defective. Do better Macy’s.
