Wrong Size Sent Multiple Times

I ordered this shirt twice and both times I was sent the incorrect size. The first time, I ordered a size large and I received a medium. I decided to try one more time, thinking it was an honest mistake but again, I ordered a large and received a medium. I returned both shirts to the store and received a refund for one but somehow my other refund was put on a gift card I was never was given for the other. I’ve had to call Macy’s customer service five plus times and I keep getting the run around about my refund. No accountability or remedy of an issue. I still haven’t received my refund. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this shirt. You likely won’t receive the correct size and their customer service is horrendous. I used to like Macy’s but after these experiences, I will not spend money at this company and will instead go elsewhere.

kept sending wrong size

I ordered twice and all the time wrong size was sent . It looks good if they can figure out why they sending the wrong sizes
