Buyer beware

I usually don't waste my time but the costumer service has been so bad I couldn't leave another buyer to go through this. because of covid related layoffs, Macy's has an issue with my delay of contacting them. It has been shedding since April and no end sight. Everyday strands make their way from bedroom to hallway to house, and everyday the long hairs rap around the vacuum. DO NOT BUY ONLINE .do not buy this rug .

High suction can effect the longevity of the rug and in some cases the beater bar can pull longer fiber out.
