Beautiful Wood Chairs

The chairs ordered were delivered put together and well covered. They look beautiful and sturdy. My complaint is that whoever put them together did not tighten the short screws to hold the seat cushions in place and I found little screws all over my floor. I replaced them with longer screws. There is no sturdy backing underneath the seat cushions, so I don't know how long the cushions will last because of cushion sagging. These chairs cost too much for these issues. Thinking about returning! Delivery window given was not accurate and kept changing, up to 6 hours wait time. Please improve wait time on orders!
