Damaged upon delivery

Not packaged well. Should have reinforced all edges, foam around item. Very heavy and packaging came damaged. Return upon delivery as I could see the damage through the box. Item replaced quickly but second box also damaged. Not as bad and have not had the chance to see if product is damaged yet.
