cute but no water sounds

It's a pretty little fountain. Unfortunately the sound of the pump is all you can hear. How do I return this?

Frog Solar Fountain

Extremely happy about this purchase! It arrived quickly and intact. It is very cute and well made. It also functions perfectly and is a beautiful addition to our yard.
