Glad we bought it

Nice furniture; terrible smell

The 5 piece set arrived on time and all pieces were in good order. Upon opening the boxes, a very strong, irritating odor was present on the rattan pieces. The setabsolutely requires 2 people to assemble and the 180 minute assembly time is significantly understated. We could not assemble it indoors because of the irritating odor. Once assembled, the set was attractive for the price point. Unfortunately, after 3 weeks outdoors the noxious smell was still present in full force. Not only could we not sit in the chairs (which sadly were comfy), but the smell was hurting the potted annuals that were placed nearby. When it became clear that we would not be able to enjoy this furniture, we contacted Macy’s who agreed to put through a refund. Now we are trying To figure out how to safely dispose of these pieces. Macy’s is reaching out to the manufacturer to help us.

Very pleased

We received this Outsunny patio set very quickly. It arrived in great condition and was easy to assemble. It is very comfortable. My only little complaint would be the cushions could be thicker and softer.

Love my set!

I reviewed many different sets and I settled on this one. I absolutely love my set. Super comfortable. Looks great on my patio. Cushions slip off a bit however I just used some slide proof shelf liner to prevent the sliding. Highly recommend and I would purchase again.

Very Nice!

This set was so easy to put together. i had a nightmare of a time months ago with an order from OS that came missing pieces, size seats didn't match, had stripped holes and was a nightmare to use the hex tool. They had to ship me another set just so i could find the matching pieces. Needless to say they all ended up being sent back ( and i had to take it all apart) the replacement set that came was destroyed. This was a welcome relief after that but the quality is great for this price. Seats will get more comfortable in time I'm sure. And, the order came so fast. So impressed

outdoor furniture

nice outdoor furniture for the price. The only knock is you have to put it together yourself, the little Allen wrench after a while can make your wrist sore. But I would buy again. Tip when assembling don¡¯t tighten all screws until you get each step put together.

Furniture Review

First, everything arrived in a very timely manner. Second, while there are a number of screws to put everything together with an allen wrench, everything fit and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. I am over 6' 4" and this furniture does not disappoint. Very comfortable and just perfect for my pool deck. Would definitely buy it again.
