Seriously Burned! Dangerous!

No wonder this product is called OVENTE. It burned me like an oven!! The first day I used it, it worked fine. Second day. I used it and plunger got stuck. Tried to wrestle with it and water gushed through the sides and top of the carafe, hitting my breast burning me through my pajamas, burned my wrist and coffee and grinds all over my counter and floor. I just cried!! don’t buy it. It’s dangerous.
