I loved it until....

This blender burnt out within 3 months..

Smokin blender

This blender is definitely the worst one i have ever purchased. In less than a year it completely stopped working. The nozzle would constantly get clogged and not work properly (whether it was the fruit that was too big or the ice chunks). If it ran for too long it was start smoking. Looks a lot prettier than it works.

Worst BLENDER ever

WROST BLENDER EVER, IT WORKED 3 DAYS AND COMPLETELY STOP,NEXT TIME I WILL READ THE VIEWS

Died after 3 months.

After three months of intermittent use, it only works if the unit is tilted sideways or turned over on its side after hitting the reset button. Strange huh? I will be contacting Macy's for a return or refund, or the manufacturer if that does not work. The blender is powerful enough, I just think that this was a rotten one out of the batch, unfortunately.

Great Blender

Blender does great for smoothies and love the accessories that are included. The black dispenser accessory for the smoothies is ok but needs improvements. I had some issues with thicker fruits like bananas and berries. The fruit did not want to dispense from the blender but I added less to fix the issue. I am happy with my purchase and it was a good value.
