Not waterproof

I incidentally spelled water on these cover and water went inside the loveseat

Hi and thanks for taking time out to write a comment. The item is waterproof as it has a polypropylene liner. The water should not penetrate the sofa because there is a barrier.

As it is reversible, pockets are on both sides.

Love It!

High quality material that is water repellent. I liked the product so much that I ordered a matching one for our couch. The side pockets on the arms are handy,too.
