You never shipped my order
The lamp never arrived. I ordered it and they said it was delivered so I called Macys and the person I reached said it wasn't delivered because it wasn't ordered. I am very upset with Macys

Beautiful lamps, I bought 2. Love the website that allows you to "view" the items in your room. Lamps are sturdy and easy to assemble, packaged very carefully, so they arrived In perfect condition.

So far I really like the lamp. The style and lamp shade are very similar but sturdier than the much less expensive lamp that no longer worked satisfactorily. Quality is probably as satisfactory as the outdoor lights I purchased from here about 3 years ago!

Pretty but poor quality.
I love the look of these lamps ( I bought two table lamps and two floor lamps) but the quality is awful. Especially for this price. The floor lamps are hard to put together - took two of us. There is a hollow metal base, with an incredibly heavy, unattached square piece of concrete that lays underneath and all the pieces don't align tightly. Plus, one came late and was damaged - so back it must go. As a long time Macys fan, I am shocked.
