Disappointed in Quality

This pillow does not have much down fill. Therefore you can put your fist right through the pillow, from the top of the pillow to your bed mattress quite easily. This pillow was marked up in price by at least 250%. It's also most likely not Goose down fill. Duck fill with this quality. But on the other hand, I found out that down is the way for me to go. All these other types of pillows cannot compare to the sleep quality of a good down product, which Pacific Coast is.

Love these - not too firm, not too soft - just right!

These pillows are perfect. They retain their shape, and are soft enough for that great feeling of sinking into down pillows at the end of the day, yet firm enough to retain shape and function of elevating the head for sleep.

Not what I expected!!

These pillows were advertised as having a pillow inside of a pillow. I found no evidence of that. Found the pillow to be flat, I am a back sleeper who likes head elevated. My plan is to try another pillow style at Macy's Store.

Inconsistent fill levels on the two I purchased

I purchased 2 of these hoping for a soft to medium density down pillow. One of them is perfect. The other is much heavier and firmer even though they are labeled the same and the same UPC was purchased. Back they go! I guess I need to buy pillows in person rather than online.
