I'm a trans guy and these fit me perfect! I imagine the pouch might be a little small for someone with a *package* but the amount of fabric was perfect for me. They definitely are a little more low rise than I'm used to but so comfy!! Definitely the softest jock I own. Just be wary if u are well endowed lol (but for other trans guys or mascs, it's worth a try!)
