Terrible purchase

Bought these pair in September and 3 months later I noticed it is cracking on the side of both left and right. I called Birkenstock because it passed the return date and sent photos as requested. The next day I received an email telling me that it was not the item that is defective but it is depending on how they were used according to them. I paid 110 dollars plus tax which total to 118 dollars plus some cents for these pair to breakdown so fast. They are not leather so that is the biggest mistake of buying these. I wore them mostly inside the house so it should be not getting these cracks. If there is a zero star I will give them zero. The customer service at Birkenstocks is a joke.

The Birks/ Papillio platform sandals are everything. Super comfortable, lighter weight than I anticipated and look cute styled a number different ways. So glad I snagged them

White sandals with wool socks. What could be more

I saw these shoes in Macy’s and came home and ordered them because the picture stayed in my mind. Autumn is almost upon us and do I need White Birkenstocks? I say why not? Winter snow is also white and so is the sand on Florida beaches.
