I figure the best way to review this purchase is with a simple “pro” and “con” list based off my personal opinion.... so here goes. PRO’s: Very stylish set. Looks gorgeous in the room and getting a lot of compliments from friends. The drawers extend all the way out and utilize the space well. They’re spacious and glide nice. The bottom drawer has a cedar bottom and there is a 2 port USB outlet on the back edge of the nightstands which is super handy. The Macy’s white glove delivery and set up was great, no complaints. CON’s: While the set LOOKS great and almost like wood, it’s not. The finish and wood grain is a sort of resin/plastic and has a plastic-ish feel to it. The mocha finish is just sprayed on, the color is not through. I know this because when the installer moved the mattress on the bed he pulled it over the footboard which literally erased the finish right off revealing the resin/plastic material underneath. He then used a wide felt tipped mocha colored pen to “fix” it.
