Poor Service

I placed this order on 12-3-25 and still have not received. They said it was delayed and would be here on 12-16 but was not. I spoke to someone on 12-16 at the Online 1-800 number and they were suppose to reorder and not recharge me. Still I have not received and tracking shows it has not been shipped. Now it is a week before Christmas. Long time Macy's customer but no more.

perfect size

been looking for a crossbody purse to fit my cell phone, ID and credit cards. This purse is the perfect size and very handy to carry while on a cruise ship, parties with a cumbersome bigger bags. Fits essentials I need.

Small handbag

I'm a Patricia Nash fan, this is my 7th purse. I like this particular handbag because it's small and I am able carry just the essentials. I use while at work. I can do my job and keep my purse on me. It was well worth the money.
