Unreasonable return policy

This bag was way too big to carry. I had serious health issues after I received it. I tried to return it but was told it was passed the 30 days return policy. Being a customer for over 20 years I found the lack of cooperation and consideration very upsetting. I will not be shopping at Macys anymore!

Not your average tote

This bag is so gorgeous! The leather is substantial. The straps are wonderful! They are a great length and stay on my shoulder without falling off. They straps are comfortable on my shoulder. The inside is incredibly roomy. The inside pockets hold my glasses and phone securely. The outer zippered pocket is great for things I want secured, but easy to get to. The best part? The Doors to Italy design takes this tote to another level. I got so many compliments on it! The sale price was a bargain, but paying the full price would have been worth it. This is my first Patricia Nash bag and I definitely would buy another.

Vibrant Colors

Absolutely love this brand and this bag does not disappoint. The colors are beautiful. I bought it to go between work and home to carry laptop mouse and a binder size is great. Even better in person.
