Not perfect

The leather is very stiff and the color is much lighter, almost a mustard yellowish brown, than the color depicted online. The clasp is attractive but heavy making the purse topple over when placed on any surface. I like the "suede" lining making items easy to find. The extra long strap can be easily adjusted to use either as a crossbody or shoulder bag.

Would not purchase.

Pretty bag- horrible condition. I didn’t want a used bag with scratches all over. If I could give 0 stars - I would! Sorry quality control Macys.

Disappointed

I love Patricia Nash but this bag arrived with a deep and large scratch in the leather. I don’t understand how an employee could package and send out damaged items

Purse returned

Ordered purse for my wife’s birthday. When I received and unpacked the purse it looked used. The purse was covered with scratches.Woody

Scratches in the Leather.

I really liked the size of the purse, the organization, and the way it opened, but the back panel of the purse was extremely scratched and I had to return it. Even the sales rep was surprised at the scratches. I’ve had PN purses before and had never seen anything like this and it was not the natural texture of the leather or weathered look. I zoomed in on the website picture of this product and it was very smooth, no texture or weathering. Very disappointed in the quality but the function seemed to be nice.

Porch pirate versus poor notification system

Unfortunately, I never got my bag. I got a delivery notice at noon, saying that the item had been delivered at 8:15 PM the night before to my front door that was 16 hours after I received the item. When I called and told them the item wasn’t on the porch, He’s the one that told me that had been delivered at 8:15. Also, he said the notification that I got it was timed at 4:15. I guarantee you I got that while I was having lunch with friends. So I think there is a problem with Getting notified by Macy’s that UPS delivered my item. It would be better for UPS to take over the notifications 16 hours after the item has been delivered as plenty of time for porch thieves. I was lucky enough to get my refund after a thorough “investigation “. That was strange.
