Great leather back pack

Super cute. Thick durable leather. I'm not careful with my things and this backpack takes a beating. I love it.

Wish it was what I wanted.

Leather was very hard. Drawstring was tough to move on the inside. Hung too low on back, shortened it as much as I could and then the straps were just too long, and in the way. Returned item. The colour was beautiful thou.

Beautiful but not for me

Beautiful backpack bag but I wanted a soft leather. This is tough cowhide, very stiff and because it is a tough cowhide, very heavy. I wanted a lighter bag. This bag is heavy even before I put my things into it. It has 2 side pockets but I think those pockets should have had a zipper. I can't put anything in them except maybe sunglasses and a handkerchief, especially as it's on my back. Also the bag has to sit flat on my back but it does not because the shoulder straps need to be shortened but it can't be because I would have to add extra notches to it.

It's Love!

I love backpack purses for when I'm traveling or going to be gone all day, so I have room for extra items. This gorgeous dark teal leather backpack from Patricia Nash is my new fave! Love all the interior and exterior pockets, and love that it's so substantial. And the detail work on the front- totally fab! I have the matching purse version and have been salivating over the backpack; so glad I hit the special price and was able to get it! For anyone who ever has a problem with a Patricia Nash purse- their customer service is excellent, as is Macy's, so there are never any worries should something happen; you are twice covered. I have not had any problems with my bag, but I haven't used it much, as it's still not that safe to travel. But I look forward to many trips with it in the future!

Poor

Backpack is really nice the only thing I didn't like was that I used it for a day and the strap broke.

Not for me.

This bag is made very well but is big and bulky! It’s much too big for my small frame (5’3” 120 lbs) and does not sit comfortably on my shoulder. I found it to be awkward and it’s definitely going back.
