Beautiful

Received the Ithica cross body in brown leather for my birthday in September last week the button to keep the flap closed broke. So yes the leather is wonderful and my almost 3 month old pocketbook no longer works

Great purse

Love the purse. The color and size is perfect. The sale price was ok. What I don’t like is the clasp button on purse.It doesn’t feel sturdy.

Too Big

I ordered this purse online. In the Macy’s website, this Patricia Nash Bag looked very petite but roomy. The actual purse is bigger than I wanted. I was disappointed and returned the purse.

Nice!

I bought this month ago for the purpose of wearing it out walking (shopping) all day. The color is lovely! For a small bag, it has a lot of room!

Infuriating return policy

I liked the bag, as is the case with most Patricia Nash purses, but unfortunately, my sister - for whom I bought it - wasn't thrilled. After the fact, I discover that I cannot return it to the Macy's store ten minutes away but must mail it to the vendor (whoever that is). Apparently this return policy applies to LOTS of merchandise Macy's sells on its website. This is highly inconvenient and will definitely make me think twice about additional purchases.
