Not for me

Raffia is rough, bulky and fragile. Also, the snap on strap is not secure and sometimes comes undone.

Beautiful bag….but poor quality. The raffia was missing in part of the bag.

Perfect bag for summer international travel

I love this bag! I purchased it to travel to the Amalfi Coast. It not only looks perfect and is a safe crossbody bag, but it eliminates the need for a bulky wallet. There are pockets and zippered pouches and places for easy access of things like bus tickets and metro cards or safe concealment of passports, credit cards and cash, while not being too heavy. I felt stylish and safe and will still use it at home in the US.

Great, Versatile Organizer Crossbody!

For years I have carried a PN Andria crossbody wallet that I love, and I've even purchased new cellphones based on their ability to fit in the Andria's pocket. When I saw the Penley I decided it would be the perfect upgrade--a compact crossbody with lots of organization like my beloved Andria, but big enough to fit a larger phone and a few other odds and ends. And it has really exceeded all of my expectations. I'm amazed by all the pockets PN has managed to cram into this little bag! I have my choice of places to stow my phone (back mag-snap pocket for quick access, either of the two inside compartments for added security), front slip pockets for receipts or business cards etc, zip pocket for little things I don't want to lose track of, and the fantastic credit card wall in case I don't want to bother with a wallet (although a small or medium sized wallet will definitely fit in this bag). It is a great organizer crossbody for the times I don't want to carry a larger bag, and when I do want to carry a larger bag, it actually tucks very nicely inside quite a few of my PN totes, with or without the strap attached. This is an extremely versatile bag, and I intend to purchase others in the future for myself and maybe as gifts as well.

Cute purse but...

Love the purse - the leather strap, the scalloped detail, etc. My only negative is that it is a tiny bit small. My wallet doe not fit and it is a rather small wallet (also Patricia Nash). It should have been a little deeper.

Beautiful well-made bag!

Beautiful bag, with lots of compartments, very well made, perfect crossbody. The straps can be easily detached, turning it into a clutch. I took off the strap and popped it into a tote today when I had to carry a lot to an appointment. Popped it back out when I got home and voilà! it’s ready to use by itself again tomorrow - with no purse change! Love it!
