Like the hand bag but

I purchased this handbag about a month ago along with the wallet that goes with it. I have one issue the long strap keeps coming lose at the latch that hooks onto the bag itself. really embracing be walking and all of a sudden the handbag falls to the ground recommend that the company call handbag back and fix this issue free
