They run Extra Big

The shoes run BIG! There are no middle size. I am a size 10.5m so I ordered a size 11. They were super big with tons of space beyond my toes. I returned them and decided to order a size 10. Too big again!!!. I happen to have purchased two other pair of shoes from Macy's recently, both 10.5 and they fit fine so I know it's not me. I guess I will try one more time in a size 9. The issue is that I have Reward Dollars and I am afraid of losing them by having to exchange them. Will see what happens. I'm bummed becasue the shoes are great looking.
