cute but runs way to small

I had read a review to size up one or two sixes. I normally wear a 10 so I thought a few sizes up let’s do an XL. The belt at the waist makes it look like it’s got some give, not the case. not sure where this cut came from but it’s definitely not true to size.

runs very small
