horrible customer service

The stool was shipped to my home and it was damaged. We waited two weeks for someone to come to look at the damaged chair and received no follow up phone call. when I called to check the status, I was told that the repairman said my husband damaged the chair, so they were not giving us anything. The chair arrives to us damaged and Macy’s did nothing to rectify it other than offer a small credit. Very very bad customer service I would never recommend purchasing furniture from Macy’s as a result.

Nice Solid Bar Stools

These stools are sturdy. I was concerned that they would be flimsy from the look on website, but they are very sturdy and solid. They come fully assembled. Nice addition to bar area.
