Failure of shipping and customer service

Two weeks after ordering the pants had still not arrived- so I don’t know anything about them. Macy’s customer service was dismal and even ignored my request for a refund. Then they sent me a replacement weeks later (unsolicited) - which I declined to accept.

WORE QUALITY EVER SEEN

I am so disappointed, material is so cheap. I can't believe how this quality has a 5 stars review. I thought I can trust Macy's review, but not any more. DO NOT BUY.I will return ASAP.
