Sent wrong color. I should’ve listened to the reviews. Hahah so many ladies getting the wrong color. Couldn’t believe that a company would be that incompetent, but apparently it is.
Be aware!!!
I ordered the dress through Macys online in BLACK. The dress arrived in PALE BLUE. Upon attempting to return to the store, I was informed that this was a 3rd party vendor. Since the dress I was returning was not what I ordered, I could not return it at the store. Macys store personnel instructed me to go back to my order and click” report a problem “. From there I would get a return label and have to ship it back to the vendor directly, After the vendor received the dress, my refund would be paid. I was not aware of this. I could have returned the dress at the store if the dress matched my order, but since it was not the same as what I ordered, it had to be returned directly to the seller. I clicked report a problem and call for Macys customer service. The customer service person was very helpful and sent the report with a request for a refund and the shipping label. All I had to do was package the dress and drop it off for shipping. I received my refund in about 2 weeks.
Sent the Wrong Color But Too Late to Return
I also ordered Black and received the baby blue. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag right away, and now I can no longer return it, and the Black is not available in my size. Not a great customer experience, and it sounds like this has happened to several customers.

Elegant, Flattering, and Instantly a Favorite"
It is so pretty and flattering. I've tried on so many dress for an upcoming event and I knew this was a keeper as soon as a saw it one. I love the simple details with lace and the draping fabric on the top. I love the coverage the dress provides but with it's submit lace elements and lightly fitted bottom it's very flattering.

Very Disappointed.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered a BLACK dress which took me quite sometime to find something that I really like. I received a pale BLUE/PURPLISH dress. I somehow think that this was done on purpose because I can't imagine a competent worker not being able to differentiate between BLACK and a PALE BLUE. I understand mistakes happen but this was a really very careless mistake causing me to be left without the needed color, and waiting so long for the shipment means now I dont have enough time to order another. I have decided not to shop Macys in the future, there was not enough care or concern in filling my order. I will return and will not be shopping at Macys online, or otherwise in the future.

Really an adorable dress. The material is thin but not see through which is what I was looking for to wear to a summer wedding. The material doesn’t feel super cheap like some satin material feels which is great. It lays really nicely and fits well for larger chest sizes. Slightly tight in the neck for me so I wish there was two loops to pick how tight the neck is but will be easy to add something that can adjust that. So cute!

Great Formal Summer Dress
I wore this dress, got several compliments. The material breaths well and it was so easy to pack. The shipping was fast and again the dress wears exactly as it does in the picture. It makes a statement.
