Be wary of buying from marketplace

I returned this dress to the store as it didn’t quite work for me. I had to wait for the dress to be returned to the 3rd party vendor until I received my refund. This took nearly 2 weeks and then my refund was less than what I paid. Not by much so I am not contacting customer service not sure they would do anything but be wary as none of this is disclosed when you purchase these items.
