XL dress did not consider an XL bust

I know everyone is made different but I would assume that most people ordering an XL would have larger than A cup breasts— unfortunately this dress doesn’t take that into consideration. It was about 3 cup sizes too small in the boobs. Also the material is pretty but a bit itchy. Pretty dress for an occasion but not for the chesty girls

Pretty dress but for small busts

I like to dress, but my breasts are a bit too large in the cup size and the cups pretty much just sit on top of my boobs and the structure around the dress is a little bit too loose, but I guess that it’s normal because it’s elastic in the back. For context, I wear a 40D.
