Love but sizing is hard - runs small

I originally bought a size 2 and it was really tight, I could hardly lift my arms up and it was a little snug in the waist. Everything else I’ve purchased as a 2 has fit well so far. The bust area fit nicely as I’m smaller chested but I went ahead and purchased another a size up because I love this dress! The 4 fit much better everywhere else except the bust area was too big! 😭 I bought on final sale so I can’t return or exchange but I wanted to love this dress. I’ll have to try and get the size 4 altered in the chest area and the size 2 sold elsewhere
