Order Not received

Order shows delivered on the website but wasn't delivered. Customer Service has been simply AWFUL. I order from Macy's regularly and will continue, but do not order furniture from Macy's. I have 2 furniture orders no furniture no customer service and big headache. Stay with clothes and housewares.
