It feels smooth. Nice to put on overnight when you go to sleep. I bought it on sale and was a good price. This is a good brand.
Caution
I didn't read the how to use instructions and it says to avoid the eye lids and I didn't and also use very little, a little goes a long way especially with retinol. So the next morning my eyes were swollen and that night my eyes were a little watery and I don"t have sensitive skin. So after that first day of use, I have been using a very small amount and not on my eye lids and the skin around my eyes does feel tighter and the fine lines under my eyes are a little less visible. Also I highly recommend that you use sunscreen. The key here is the amount you use.

Packaging does not work
Packaging doesn’t work. It’s a pump bottle without a straw connector so you have to try and shake or jam a finger in the small bottle to get product out.

WORST PRODUCT - ACTUALLY CAUSED WRINKLES
I wouldn't use this product! I am 49 and a few years back purchased this products because I like PTR Cloud Moisturizer. I might also add that at that time I had ZERO wrinkles anywhere around my eyes, or face for that matter. I have always been very picky and believe less is more! I decided to TRY this out as I figured I was lucky to be 47 and not have a single wrinkle around my eyes! I used it for ONE MONTH and one day I noticed CROSS HATCHED WRINKLES beneath my eyes that were deep set and BAD. I went to my best friends and she asked what I had been using and I told her. She said that HAD to be it because I normally don't use any creams around my eyes and there was nothing different I did. So, I discarded of it and any other products ASAP and started using some Vitamin E oil beneath my eyes for about a year, just to see if I could SALVAGE my skin (which I am happy to say it's in MUCH better shape than it WAS). I still, however, have some of these wrinkles especially when I apply any foundation or makeup. This is the WORST NIGHTMARE PRODUCT on the market there is! I should have taken it back for a FULL REFUND and also contacted him, because this is just WRONG!! Now my skin looks better than two years ago and I am 49 years old. I still don't have ANY crows feet and the cross hatch wrinkles are better since I quickly figured it out and discarded it and started going into action. Thanks Peter Thomas Roth for an AWFUL product that actually CAUSED wrinkles instead of "prevented" them. I figured I was doing my skin a favor and getting ahead of the game and you WRECKED my skin. NEVER again! My Daughter is a professional makeup artist who is very much into skincare and we ALWAYS tell people who ask about his products --- "STAY AWAY"!

Great eye cream
I wore this for a week before I ordered a second bottle. I don’t ever want to take a chance on running out! Every morning I look so refreshed, no more dark circles. Wrinkles are disappearing!

Will not use
Disappointed the Eye Cream contains BHT and Retinol Palmitate so will not buy. I do use the Retinol Fusion PM Serum.
