Family Growing

I had place settings for 16 but family growing so happy to be able to get more. Nice to have something I can add on to. Very durable and sets a pretty table!

Minor Imperfections

It seems like Pfaltzgraff’s quality standards are really low based on what the company characterizes as minor imperfections. Based on that, I don’t expect to do any future business with Pfaltzgraff in the future.

I love my new tableware!

The quality of the tableware, the colors blue and white are very pretty together and the excellent value of the set. I love my new tableware! It was well packaged where nothing was broken or missing.

Nice dishes Impressive Customer Service

I love my new dishes, as I had expected, because Phaltzgraff makes nice dishes. I was especially pleased with their customer service. When one cup arrived with a broken handle, it only took one phone call to them, and a new cup was sent out right away. Now that's impressive.

Very nice looking set

I bought these plates a few weeks ago and really like them. Love the blue. There was nothing wrong with the glazing as others have commented. I hope these are not discontinued. Wish there were more pieces to the set like butter dish, gravy boat, sugar and creamer. Also wish it had tea cups and saucers in addition to mugs.
