Poor packing broken pieces

This item is precious. The problem is the packing was horrible. I ordered five of them for Christmas gifts. One of them was totally broken and it come out of the box. The other boxes were beat up. I was almost embarrassed to gift this item because of the box. I don’t know what happened in the stockroom but the air bubble plastic packing should have been between each item. Poorly packed. It’s not the items fault. I recommend the product, but it may be better to purchase it in the store.

Beyond disappointed by customer service.

I ordered two of these adorable platters. Both arrived broken. I believe this was the carrier’s fault because it was bubble wrapped, but there were broken pieces of ceramic all over the shipping box. I even cut my hand. Customer service to resolve this issue has been an absolute joke. I’ve spoken to 3 pleasant women who have assured me they are replacing the items and then refunding the items; but it didn’t happen and I will have to call a 4th time to finally get a refund for both items. Replacements were never sent. I’ve only been refunded for one platter and then after a third call they refunded me for a different (cheaper) item in the order that was just fine instead of the Santa platter.

I ordered 2 of them. The packing was fine. They were protected by bubble wrap in the package box. One of them was good. The other one had a little crack in the mustache piece so I had to return one of them. It's really nice though.
