Great when finally arrived.

The shorts themselves are great. Getting them was a challenge. I was sent a shirt instead of the shorts. I had to contact Macy's several different times to finally get a return & replacement process initiated. I also do not appreciate the perfume Macy uses on their products sent through the mail. It takes several washings to get it out. The shorts I would give a 5. The ordering process I would give a 1, thus a 3 overall.

Short on shorts

No shorts were received. A shirt was sent instead. I tried to resolve issues on Macy's chat. The response was just "sorry"—no return options. I tried calling Macy's number on the website, but it did not address the issue. I tried calling the nearest store in the state where I live. Messages are only checked twice a week. I cannot recommend purchasing when the correct item is not sent, and there appears to be no way to remedy the problem.
