Total GARBAGE!!

This sound bar is total garbage! Sound is distorted there's absolutely no volume and I can't believe anybody gives this more than a zero review!

The worst experience

I purchased this product and checked out the reviews first. I had issues with connectivity immediately. Don't try to use the remote from an angle, you need to be DIRECTLY in front of sound bar to use remote. The cord on the subwoofer has quit twice in the short amount of time I've owned it. This was a poor choice, I hope that there is a better product out there. This one has been nothing but disappointing.

Soundbar having pairing issue multiple times

Hi Philips, Multiple times we observed the pairing issue between the woofer and soundbar, most of the time i have visited the service center for same issue and it resolved by update the software. but when my product got OOW they said not a software issue it is a issue with mother board without diagnose the system.

Excellent mid-level sound

Once I obtained the HDMI/OPTICAL optical cables, (couldn't imagine unit having zero cables) hook up was a snap. Paired the sub-woofer and off and running.

Works prefect and great sound

I have connected the TV receiver, the XBOX, a Nintendo Wii and the Android TV. and sometimes I synchronized my phone. All works perfect!!
